Can I change my order? 

We’re unable to cancel or amend the order once you’ve placed it. However, there is a 15-minute grace period where you are able to cancel by emailing hello@eveandday.com or responding back to the order confirmation stating you wish to cancel.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for any incorrect addresses submitted at checkout. In the event that the item is shipped to an incorrect address submitted by yourself, we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund.

You've sent me the wrong item? 

Sorry for this. Please email hello@eveandday.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The unused item you received along with photos of the packaging, product and barcode
  • The item you originally ordered

 Once we have received the above, we will get this sorted for you ASAP.

Please note claims for receiving the wrong item must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
